[Mintwood-place] Girard Park Community Design Workshop

Dear Friends:

The second phase of the Girard Park community design workshop will be held
this Saturday, June 23 from 11:30am to 4:00pm on the second floor of the
CentroNia Building at 1420 Columbia Road, NW.

The design team will present several design concepts for community review
and feedback -- based on the first workshop and review of the surveys. This
is a critical session as it is another opportunity for you to weigh in on
key design features concerning safety, recreation, and amenities.

At the last community design workshop, neighbors indicated a commitment to a
safe and neighborhood friendly park with more green space. Over 70 neighbors
participated and over 200 surveys were collected from the community at
large.
