[Mintwood-place] CODE GREEN at Kalorama Park

Well, vis a vis the grass project, whatever DPR contracted and whatever
actually got done remains shrouded in mystery, as always with DPR, but
whatever else,

grass is starting to sprout on the oval at Kalorama Park!

So the watering should keep going, every other day. Especially if a
whole lot of Blessed Events, germination-wise, are underway, important
not to overwater the ground and disturb the soil as little as possible.
When watching the sprinklers, if water starts to puddle up on the
ground, it is time to move the sprinklers.

This doesn't mean anything has been resolved about whatever was done or
not done by DPR and the contractors. This must still be determined.

Hey Councilman Graham: HOW COME DPR NEVER ACTUALLY INSPECTS ANYTHING
THEY SPEND MONEY ON? The contractor took some snapshots of dirt and
said everything was fine. WAS THAT THE INSPECTION?

Councilman Graham staffers: who are the right staff persons to contact
at the Council Committee on Recreation and Libraries and also the Office
of the Inspector General?
