[Mintwood-place] Lots of Rain & Stuffed Drains

Dear Friends,  I have a wet vacuum and a water pump for anyone who gets
flooded with all this expected rain.  Folks
who live or store stuff on the ground level may should pay attention.  Probably a good time to check to make sure
your outside drains like those in basement door entrances, patios and window
wells are free and clear of leaves and plastic bags.  After the cleaning - if your drains are still slow to
clear water, you probably have sand, paint or stones clogging the bottom of the
drain “U” just like the “U” bend under your sink.    Easily
cleaned with a Wet-Vac – free to borrow.
