Dear Director,   
You and Adrian, Should have done due diligence as soon as these issues were raised.
1)  The manufacture of Geoblock does not support it's use as a children's playing field.  Who made that call and when.
2)  The manufacturer of Geoblock does not recommend an additional layer of soil and grass over the geoblock.  Did you check?
3)  There are no other examples of Geoblock in use as a child's playing field.   The only example provided Herrity was misleading.
4)  DPR has failed deal with drainage on compacted clay, so most playing  fields wash out.  Who knew?  Where's the list and where's the analysis?
