[Mintwood-place] Going Green is Kalorama Citizens Association Meeting topic March 19 at 7:00 pm

Drop into the Kalorama Citizens Association Thursday, March 19 meeting with
your "Green" questions, ideas, concerns or just to learn from the panel we
are assembling. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm.

 

Panelists include Gabe Klein, Director of DDOT, Steve Coleman, Executive
Director of Washington Parks & People and Beth Mullin of Friends of Rock
Creek Environment, with other invitees not yet confirmed.

 

Will government construction projects be "green"? How can property owners
help protect Rock Creek and the Potomac River? How can our local parks be
improved? Learn the answers to these questions and more. 

 

The KCA meets the 3rd Thursday of each month, at Good Will Baptist Church,
1862 Kalorama Road, NW. Go up the main front steps and bear right to the
rear side door.
