[Mintwood-place] Kalomara clouds

The Kalorama Guest House is being gutted, as we know, and for the past couple of 
days clouds of white dust have been billowing from the windows. Is the gutting 
method , i.e releasing this stuff into the open air, legal? Are the clouds full 
of asbestos or pulverized lead paint? Should we be concerned? Lee Smith, 1867
