Dear Neighbors,
I just want to briefly report that last nights field swab tests(4) for
lead came back negative, however, if there is drywall mixed it may have
negated the tests ability to detect according to the specs of the test.
I couldn't find tests that you collect samples and send away to a lab.
More testing is needed.
At this point all kinds of violations have occurred at 1854 Mintwood.
Now with the rain Mother Nature has been washing the dust away to the
sea and we have a gutted building next door. I wonder if us neighbors
are at an increased risk of a fire or/and rat infest station.
This is a big project for our little block. It would be nice if the
DCRA facilitated something here so everyone was on same page.
Perhaps Jim Graham's staff will look into it. Its a simple question;
What will this place looks like? Are they planning to add are floors?
Looking from my deck they are making various markings on the roof,
architects notes that would indicate a plan to build something.
Can anyone say what its going end up looking like? What are Capitol
City Realtors intentions?
Sincerely,
Adam
