[Mintwood-place] Water? (18th and Florida main broken)

Dear Lee, 
    Water main broke again at 18th and Florida.   East side 18th biz & 
residents and those near Florida have no  water.  Some west side biz and 
residents okay. Parts of west 18th and  surrounding residential report intermittent 
low water pressure or that it comes  and goes.  Assume there will be some 
official notices soon, after the  crews on scene report.  All I know -- Lisa
