[Mintwood-place] Reserve Now: KCA Summer Dinner Party at Perrys - Happy Hour at 6 pm with the Candidates

We've expanded the Happy Hour segment of the KCA Summer Party at Perrys to
run from 6-7 pm. Perrys has put together a nice menu of reduced-price
drinks. Ask your server about them. 

I've invited all the Mayoral, Ward One and At-Large Council candidates to
drop in during Happy Hour to meet and greet with voters. It should be a
lively time and a great chance to chat one-on-one and get your questions
answered. I've already received positive rsvps from Phil Mendelson,
at-large; Marc Morgan, Republican Ward One Council; Bryan Weaver and Jeff
Smith, Democrats, Ward One Council; and "schedule-checking" replies from
Vincent Gray, Democrat, Mayoral race; and Jim Graham, Democrat, Ward One
Council.

Each June, KCA holds a party to celebrate the end of another year of work in
the community. For a number of years now, we've been gathering at Perrys
restaurant for this event. Owner and neighbor Saied Azali takes good care of
us with a wonderful menu at a very reasonable price of $25.00. Tax and tip
not included. Cash bar.

Perrys is located at 1811 Columbia Road, NW, at the corner of Columbia Road
and Biltmore Street.

Below is this year's menu. Participants will choose one dish from each
category. No need to do so in advance, just decide at the restaurant:
