[Mintwood-place] With IHOP on the Way, DCUSA has 1000 retail jobs

Dear Friends, IHOP is about to open in Columbia Heights at the DCUSA building....bringing another 100 jobs to this center. Thus the total number of DCUSA retail jobs created is almost 1000. And that does not include the thousands of other jobs that are to be found throughout Columbia Heights today.

What a difference between today, and the vacant lots with chain link fences that used to mark this area!

Soon, the road construction will be over, and we will all better enjoy this splendid new community.
