[Mintwood-place] Ward One Democratic Primary Candidates Debate in A-M, May 20

The three Democratic candidates currently running for the Ward One City
Council seat, incumbent Jim Graham and challengers Jeff Smith and Bryan
Weaver, will debate at the May 20 meeting of the Kalorama Citizens
Association. The meeting starts at 7:00 pm, with the debate scheduled to run
from 7:30-9:00 pm. Davis Kennedy, publisher of the Current Newspapers will
moderate.

 

Please bring your questions for the candidates. All questions will be
submitted on cards and presented to the candidates by the moderator.

 

The KCA will have a short program of business to conduct prior to the
debate, including annual election of officers.

 

This debate is co-sponsored by the Kalorama Citizens Association and the
Reed-Cooke Neighborhood Association.
