[Mintwood-place] Failed Contractors at both Kalorama and Walter Pierce Parks

Dear Director Jesus Aguirre,  Could you be kind enough to post, to this list of recipients, the status of the failed  grass in the Soccer Field at Walter Pierce Park and at the newly created Children s Playing Field and surrounding landscaping in Kalorama Park.  According to the contact for at least Kalorama Park, that were posted to the Mintwood List, the contractor has an obligation to correct deficiencies, if DPR found them at fault.  I presume the same standard contacting guarantees would apply to Walter Pierce Park.  Please let us know what actions DPR has or will take.  Thanks for your attention to this.    Eddie Becker
