Last chance in 2005 to learn the Earthship building techniques at Blue Rock
Station (before winter sets in).

If you’ve been thinking you would like to visit Blue Rock Station to learn
how to create structures out of tires, cans or strawbales then this is the
last chance in 2005.  On September 24 from 9:30 AM to 4 PM there will be a
full day of learning the basic techniques used in constructing an Earthship.

You’ll begin the day with a tour and an overview of Ohio’s first Earthship
located near Philo Ohio.  Then you’ll spend the rest of the time creating
can and bottle walls, pounding tires and doing some of the mud plaster
finish work necessary to complete the project.  If you have ever thought you
might like to build an "alternative home" or are just interested in what
this is all about, this is the overview workshop for you.

Reservations are necessary.  The cost is $35 and includes a hearty lunch.
