I have seen a Red Ursa Kale that is really good(from Peace Seeds). What is a tronchuda? Nutritional content has to be measured some how in order to determine the nutrition value. Do you know of any research on that? Alan Kapuler did some amino acid testing of raw veggies and I can see if there is any cold crops in his study, but, off hand I dont remember any brassicas in there. I think there is calcium, sulphur, ...any ideas what else?Rick--- On Thu 05/11, < seedgeeks-request at lists.mutualaid.org > wrote:From: [mailto: seedgeeks-request at lists.mutualaid.org]To: seedgeeks at lists.mutualaid.orgDate: Thu, 11 May 2006 12:00:16 -0700 (PDT)Subject: Seedgeeks Digest, Vol 10, Issue 8Send Seedgeeks mailing list submissions toseedgeeks at lists.mutualaid.orgTo subscribe or unsubscribe via the World Wide Web, visithttp://lists.mutualaid.org/mailman/listinfo/seedgeeksor, via email, send a message with subject or body 'help' toseedgeeks-request at lists.mutualaid.orgYou can reach the person
