[Seedgeeks] New to List in Bellingham

Hey folks,

I just joined the list.  I've been looking for tree collard starts (or seed??).  There seem to be several varieties...?  How do they differ?

I'd be more interested in eating them than using them for "walking sticks", however, that's not a bad thing, either.  

I'm in Bellingham WA.  I'll look thru the archives, as well.
