I believe Ostfriesische means "East Friesland", a Northwest provence of
Germany. I'm not sure, but Helmut Kohl, Ronald Reagan's counterpart
during the 1980s, may have be from there. Kohl means kale or cabbage or
perhaps any brassica, so Ronald was talking to "Mr Kale Head", LOL :-D
Ostfriesische Palme was common in the 1960s, but almost went extinct,
