I double checked. East Friesland is a smaller unit than "Provence", more
like a county. Helmut Kohl was not from there. I thought that Helmut Kohl
may have been from there because I kept getting Google Hits for Helmut Kohl
memoriabilia when searching for the keywords "Ostfriesische" and "Kohl";
