[SustainableTompkins] small wind federal tax credit support needed

Hi folks,

These tax breaks are so exciting. I wish I was in the position to buy a home
so I could take advantage of these incentives.

After watching the Guerrilla Griots film this weekend, I was wondering what
type of opportunities e.g. payment plans are available (if any) that would
make the installation of a solar/wind system appealing and affordable for a
low income family. The tax breaks do knock down the price nearly in half,
but for most low income families, a $20,000 home improvement is still too
costly.

Any thoughts?

Rena
