Dear List Members--I did some more poking around and realized that Cornell 
has a CU-specific emergency guide.  Paper copies are widely distributed on 
campus and the HTML version is at 
http://web.cornell.edu/Emergency/EmergGuide/index.html .   Also, the Red 
Cross has some topical emergency preparedness brochures.  And of course 
Prepared Tompkins has a lot of information available at their Web 
site:  http://preparedtompkins.org/ .  Any more local resources I have
