[SustainableTompkins] rooms available at Level Green

Hmm...   OK.  YOu asked for opinions, so here's mine:  I think I'd call 
this one out of bounds as far as the scope of the list goes, whether or not 
this is a room connected to a sustainability institute.  I think if this 
was a potential rental looking specifically for someone to be part of a 
sustainable living collective or some such thing, that would be different, 
but this looks to me to be just "looking for a housemate", which I think is 
not appropriate.  But others may disagree.
