[SustainableTompkins] Maintaining list integrity

i like the idea of keeping this list really locally focused.  there are so 
many national and international issues that apply to sustainability that 
this list would be unreadable (to me) if all of those topics were on the 
table, even if only when they were current.  i have found there are many 
outlets for discussion of the broader issues of sustainability in other 
forums and think this list could be very practical and useful if people 
focus on daily living issues and local sustainability here in tompkins county.

and that's my two cents, too.
