[SustainableTompkins] Maintaining list integrity

I like the idea of being able to share a diversity of subjects-centered on the theme of sustainability. If we are going to shift the paradigm, and we are, we need input from all sectors.

attract representation from among other groups. I think we'd all be
better off with wider diversity. In fact, I'd like to see better
representation become one of our primary goals.
