Subject: Save Sapsucker Woods: reminder--meeting tomorrow (Wed) night
To: savesapsuckerwoods at gmail.com

Greetings, Friends--

Just a reminder about tomorrow night's meeting downtown: this
meeting will address the relationship and interaction between the Town
Board and Planning Board.
The meeting is significant for the Briarwood II development proposal
because it may clarify how the Town Board could intervene in the
Planning Board's decision-making process. (At the bottom of the email
is more information taken from the flier provided by the Town of
Ithaca).

Another very important meeting will take place the following
Wednesday (December 6), at which the Town of Ithaca will make
presentations and discuss storm water management. (7 pm at Northeast
Elementary School, December 6). We will soon send you more
information about this critical meeting.
The meeting about storm water compels us to postpone our Save
Sapsucker Woods meeting until the Wednesday following (December 13).

  Two other notes:
*A kind reminder to anyone who has agreed to donate money for a
sign but did not do so when the sign was delivered: please contact us
and help our group to become financially solvent!
    * We have begun compiling drainage problems in order to document,
in a map of the area, how extensive they are. If you have drainage
problems, please email us (savesapsuckerwoods at gmail.com) with your
address and a description.

Hope to see you tomorrow night!

Adrian
