[SustainableTompkins] Food Assesement presentation at 10/10 Buy Local Meeting

The Buy Local Food Campaign will hold their October meeting on Tuesday the
10th from 7-9pm at Cooperative Extension 615 Willow Ave.  As part of the
food security project for Tompkins County, Malka Antonio will present her
assessment of food retailers within Tompkins County and her survey of WIC
participants.  This study was conducted in order to better understand the
opportunities and challenges for providing Tompkins County residents with
access to fresh and nutritious foods.  A question and discussion period
will follow the presentation.
