It is about metrics and understanding the relative impacts of actions 
so you can
prioritize your efforts.

The biggest chunks, where you will find the most savings opportunities, are
transportation and building energy use, including appliances.

A local score card would be great!  Performance Systems could provide typical
energy use models and savings predictions using our software.
