The short answer is Yes -- TCLocal is trying to understand how our
area can handle energy descent through relocalization.  Research
areas include food production and distribution, transportation,
local industry, health care, heating, etc.  We're starting by
gathering as much relevant data as we can and putting it on our
web site at tclocal.org (under Library / Resources).

I'll be very glad to discuss your offer to help off the list. :-)
