[SustainableTompkins] OT: house for rent needed

Hi there,
My parents are retiring to this area, they've sold their home in 
Virginia and need to find a house to rent for a year or two while 
they build their retirement home. Here are their basic requirements:

-2 bedroom or more
-garage or decent-sized storage shed
-landlord/lady who will allow a large, yet inactive, dog
-fence for the dog, or landlord/lady who will allow them (at their 
expense) to put up a fence (which they'll happily remove, if needed, 
when they leave)
-rural location, up to 1/2 hour from Ithaca in the southeast area -- 
Dryden, Caroline, Danby, Richford, Candor
-rent $1000/mo. or less
-available before Nov. 1

They will make stellar tenants, are fastidious fixer-uppers and 
housekeepers, and are generally very energy-efficiency, sustainability-oriented type folks. If you have, or know of, a rental property,
