[SustainableTompkins] Seek speaker on farm policy

I'm teaching a course on women and sustainability at IC, and I'm looking
for a guest to speak on U.S. farm policy.
Anyone out there interested in doing this?  Or know of someone who might
be?  (If there's a local farmer who'd be willing to do this, that would be
brilliant!)
Small stipend (I think it's $50) available for an individual or organization.
