[SustainableTompkins] list serve digest "problem"

If "the list is set to create a digest daily, OR IF the content is
beyond 100KB," then you should be getting a digest daily
regardless of the size of the content.

To put it more concretely: assuming that mutualaid.org is using
the mailman program (which I think it is), the list admin should
go in under "Digest options" and set "Should a digest be
dispatched daily when the size threshold isn't reached?" to Yes.
