CAYUGA NATURE CENTER TO HOST LECTURE ON CLIMATE CHANGE

ITHACA, NY - Cayuga Nature Center
(CNC) will host the first in a series of climate change lectures on
Thursday, March 29th. The lecture, titled “Climate Change: The New
Urgency of Emission Reduction and How to Make a Difference,” will be
presented by Sylvester Johnson, Ph.D. of applied physics. Johnson will
take attendees through a brief history of global warming and
 look at
its continuing impact. The presentation will also include a discussion
of local solutions and time for questions and answers.

The
lecture will take place from 7:00 - 8:30 in the Great Room of Cayuga
Nature Centers Main Lodge, located at 1420 Taughannock Blvd, 5 mi North
of Ithaca, NY
