[SustainableTompkins] The End of Garbage at the Ithaca Farmers Market

It may be zero waste on site (commendable, to be sure). Any consideration 
given to the plastic bags the vendors use for sales? Personally, I think 
the Ithaca Farmers' Market is sufficiently popular that they could afford 
to push a bit by requiring vendors to charge for either paper or plastic 
bags. That would reward those who bring their own containers, which is what 
we all should be doing.
