Hey Jeanne,
Thanks for this post. I'll forward the concerns you raised to Rep Hinchey
and Dan Lamb, his local rep. I'll send you their response. I'll be away
until Tues, but will also stop in his office mid week. Between now and then,
if you have any other info about this problem, please let me know. I do
think it's important to not write him off because he does a good job of
representing our area, even where we differ. If anyone is open to the
concerns you raised, he would be.
