Hello Ira,

Ive noticed your emails to the Sustainable Tompkins listserve, I am a
full-time sustainability coordinator at Cornell, and Im wondering if Unity
would be interested in collaborating with Cornell's new Center for a
Sustainable Future and other local foundations to launch an ongoing
sustainbility grants program for students, staff, and community members to
apply to. If there is some interest or simply curiosity please let me
know. I am at the beginning of planning such an grants program, and I am
trying to identify possible partner organizations. For background on this

In addition, I am on the Board of a 4-year old national 501c3, the US
Partnership for Education for Sustainable Development. We are a network of
over 300 community groups, businesses, universities, non-profits, faith
groups, and government agencies whose mission is the integration of
sustainability into all teaching and learning in the US.
