[SustainableTompkins] Indoor Farming?

Indoor farming?  Hmm...? Why does it seem that assumptions about the 
continued availability of energy inputs haven't been put to the test by 
the designers/researchers/farmers in this project...I put it in the same 
category as air conditioned barns for Holsteins. It speaks more to our 
sense of desperation than it does to a viable long term food production 
system. Have we entered the age of angst farming?
