I believe Foster Custom in Ithaca stocks and installs either  
Paperstone or a similar product.

As far as linoleum goes, you sound like you are already aware that  
natural and vinyl linoleum are very different products. I assume you  
have run across the recent "life cycle analysis" critique proving  
vinyl is more environmentally friendly - here's the debunk:

Most valid sounding complaints I've heard on natural linoleum is  
energy-use in baking process and transport as most linoleum is made in  
Europe. (though even if all else was equal I'm not sure how that  
compares to vinyl floorings energy use in production or transportation  
from wherever it is made). There's also the issues of people using  
natural linoleum but then not choosing appropriate adhesives or  
sealers. Linoleum also has a natural linseed odor when first installed.
