[SustainableTompkins] list digest mode, revisited

Could the list admin please follow Jon Bosak's helpful instructions and configure the digest settings according to his advice?

"If "the list is set to create a digest daily, OR IF the content is 
beyond 100KB," then you should be getting a digest daily 
regardless of the size of the content. 

To put it more concretely: assuming that mutualaid.org is using 
the mailman program (which I think it is), the list admin should 
go in under "Digest options" and set "Should a digest be 
dispatched daily when the size threshold isn't reached?" to Yes."

Both Eric Banford and I have expressed this preference on the list, and I have heard from several others off-list about their concerns. It's been several days since Jon's posting, and ~4 days since I received the last digest, but nothing seems to have changed, nor has the list admin responded to Jon's suggestion.
