[SustainableTompkins] housing needed

Greetings:

Permaculture educator and designer seeks housing for the fall and winter 
of 07-08...I own a yurt and would love to find a piece of property to 
place it on for trade/cheap rent. I can offer design consultation and 
several other basic services (repairs, construction, odd job) in 
exchange for a private, secluded place that is dog friendly. Ideally 
this would be located on the West side of Cayuga Lake, in close 
proximity to Ithaca and Cayuga Nature Center. Would also need the 
approval to build composting toliet or use house facilties, also would 
be interested in access to kitchen/living/internet areas.

In a longer scope, would love to help someone develop a design for their 
site and offer help with implementation. I am actively seeking a small 
community to share land with and engage in ecological land use.

I am also open to renting an apartment or part of a home if it is all 
that is available.
