[SustainableTompkins] list digest mode, revisited, yet again

I used to serve as the third list administrator, but asked to be taken off  
because my volunteer load was already challenging.  Both of our current  list 
managers (Michael and Steve) live in off-grid homes on rural  homesteads.  A 
solution for all of us might be for some kind soul to  volunteer to serve as the 
third administrator -- somebody already using  email daily on a highspeed 
connection might be able to do the listserv  chores more easily.
 
Anyone willing to serve a shift on this?
