Dear David and Friends--I didn't see this INSERTION   myselfuntil after I 
posted the article to the ST list.  This was intentionally placed in the 
original article, as a political tongue in cheek comment, by the original 
poster to the mailing list from which the article was cribbed.  The REST of 
the article comes from the CDC (Center for Disease Control, for those not 
familiar with the TLA).  Tom
