[SustainableTompkins] Wind power possibilities in the air again in county

The "negative impacts" of wind are laughable in comparison to the inevitable
death and destruction that another hundred (or even twenty) years of coal
will usher in.

Looking at the New York wind maps (
http://www.windexplorer.com/NewYork/NewYork.htm), however, I'm not convinced
wind is the best way for Tompkins County to go.  Small to medium scale hydro
plants may be a far better investment.
