[SustainableTompkins] TCLocal on fruit in Tompkins County

Thanks for that article, Simon.

 We put up (freeze) about 120 pounds of local fruit a
year in our "winter stash".  It allows the 2 of us to
have fruit through around April. Next year we hope to
add drying to our preservation method.

 If anyone would like more information, feel free to
email and I can tell you how we do it and were we go.
