Elan--Note exactly a tip, but the Finger Lakes Reuse Center will be opening 
in the not too distant future.  This will be a boon for all lower-income 
folks and the rest of us on a  tight budget as well!   Tom

P.S.:  Marian--I'm glad you "errored" and sent you response to the 
list.  It was quiet interesting, especially the shopping bag part.

growth per se is not sustainable.  And the term "sustainable" has to mean
