Just don't let the City or Town know about it.  It may not meet the straitjacket, sprawl promoting zoning that is in place in both municipalities to protect the sanctity of the nuclear family and single family detached Starter Castle.  
   
  It  sounds be far too progressive, far too sustainable for West Hill.
