[SustainableTompkins] Cooperative housing opportunity

I agree with Gail this such projects are very much central to building sustainable communities! Like Sue Consentini's vision for a cooperative neighborhood, Dan & his friends offer a good alternative to 'normal' isolated unit apartment living. 
   
  It would be good for all ages too - if it can include a multigenerational component I know a few 'elders' who might be interested, not for this specific project perhaps but for another, if interest grows. This could be an important new dimension for the senior housing dilemma that Ithaca College's Gerontology Institute focused its annual conference on last year.
