[SustainableTompkins] Support for Black Diamond Trail?

OK, so apparently there is no interest among the Sustainable Tompkins 
group in the development of multi-user paths around Ithaca. I'll go 
away. But if somebody could just shoot me a note of explanation where 
I'm wrong about relevance, I'd appreciate it. No big deal, of course.
