This presentation will be given by health educator Sylvester Johnson (Ph.D. Applied

Physics) with selected slides donated by leading nutritionist T. Colin Campbell, Ph.D., co-author of The China Study. Sylvester will describe research about food’s impact on cancer and heart disease, also suggesting that health can be supported by consuming mainly plant-based, unrefined foods.

 

FREE and open to the public, and will be held in the meeting room at GreenStar Cooperative Market’s West-End Store, 701 W. Buffalo St.
