I use the smallest AquaStar Bosch model on the market. It is  
extremely frugal on propane and I can run hot water as long as I  
like. If more than one or two people are using the house you may want  
to consider one of the larger models. They are usually not cheap to  
get installed, but pay for themselves by not heating a tank of water  
all day long.  If you have a lot of minerals in your water it will  
require periodic maintenance/cleaning every couple years to keep it  
running smoothly.
