Thanks for the "big picture" info, Joel.

I added the emphasis below.  I'm going to take "Only 498,000 to go!" 
on as a personal slogan while I work "both ends against the middle," 
advocating cleaner generation of power off and on the grid, as well 
as better efficiency and conservation at the use end.
