Hi ST people,

In regards to the community food preservation center discussion,
another potentially interesting example may be is the South Plains
Food Bank in Lubbock, Texas. I'm not sure of its current status, but
when I lived in there 10 or 15 years ago, they ran their own farm and
a dehydration plant, which ended up being a very large scale facility.
