  Subject: Strawberry Jam Project

Here are the details for the strawberry jam project through IthaCan.
Please note the date has been changed.
The new date will be Sunday, June 29th at 9 am.

The project will be held at 3 different homes. 2 homes will teach 5
students each and one home will teach 3 students. A total of 13
students.
Please send your interest to my email and I will place you according
to where you live. The other details of the event will be through your
host/teacher. who will contact you after your placement.

Group A for 5 students
Would prefer organic to a mix of non & organic strawberries.
Will offer a choice from full sugar to unsweetened depending on what
group decides.

Group B for 5 students
Prefers only organic strawberries.
Will offer a choice from full sugar or honey sweetened depending on
what group decides.

Group C for 3 students
Will offer a choice from organic, conventional produce, to a mixed
batch depending on what the groups decides.
This will be a full sugar jam.

All strawberries will be local!

Have Fun!
